PrepGlide is a trading name of GLOBOMACH LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

By accessing and using PrepGlide's educational platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

PrepGlide provides online educational content and tools designed to help students prepare for their 11+ examinations. Our services include practice tests, progress tracking, and educational resources.

3. User Accounts

• Parents/guardians must create accounts for students under 13
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Subscription, Payment & Refund Policy

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All billing and refund inquiries are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their Consumer Terms. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Interfere with other users' use of the service

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by PrepGlide and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
